Hawkins Personnel Group is currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a client located in Buda, Tx. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably industrial or manufacturing) is required. This position is responsible for overall responsibility for leading a manufacturing team in achieving production schedule, product quality, product cost, and employee safety. This will be a 2nd or 3rd shift position but will work the 1st shift for the first 2-3 months training. Payrate will be based on background & experience.
