    Onsite Recruiter/Admin for Staffing Co.

    Basic Function: Responsible for all on-site services to promote great customer services to Client’s areas of business needs. Managing contract employees on site. This is a clerical support position with potential to move up. Will be assisting the recruiter with administrative duties.

    Hours: 10am to 3pm 25 hours plus. Could move into fulltime (unless informed otherwise)

    Essential Functions:

    · Daily check of email and voice mail, callbacks and responses.

    · Assist all HR contacts for filling job orders or termination of employees.

    · Payroll (timecard) submittals to corporate office for paycheck processing. Assuring all adjustments are made before Tuesday, end of day.

    · Coast employee performance issues resolution as appropriate or requested by the client.

    · Assure candidates are screened prior to start date (i.e. background check is completed along with ss check, per client’s request)

    · Weekly reports on day weekly activities/open job order status, etc.

    · Performing orientations as per Client’s request.

    · Assuring all paperwork is provided to Coast Corp. office for new hire starts and completeness.

    · Distributing checks to temporary employees.

    · AWOL reports – terminations to Payroll and Administrative Support for processing.

    · Act as Liaison between Supervisors and Managers in all departments for interviewing processing and new hires.

    · Report all employee issues to corporate, i.e. injuries, harassment, etc. and provide proper investigation and/or information to Corp Coast HR or Management Departments to further discuss.

    · Assure that the On-Site Program operations are fully met to client’s expectations.

    Other duties as may from time-to-time be assigned.

    Qualifications: Educational and or equivalent to an AA Degree.

    Knowledge: Understanding of organization, and communication with others, general knowledge of staffing industry, technical, clerical and manufacturing. Recruiting.

    Experience: 2+ years in Staffing Industry preferred

    Skills/Aptitudes: Must be able to multi task, work under pressure, very flexible with hours, good customer service skills. Word, Excel, and excellent computer skills.

    Level: Works under minimal supervision. Task oriented. Exercises a minimal degree of discretion and independent judgment.
